#COMEASYOUARE is our hashtag because this is really a place where you can come and feel completely yourself without any judgement.  This is a energy healing lounge in which you can come to fun group exercise/yoga classes, book a private yoga session, or schedule an amazing massage experience. Vivastrah in the sanskrit language means naked- bare, uncovered, raw.  We believe that self-acceptance and awareness are key to self-transformation.  The first step to self-acceptance is loving every aspect of your physical body from the inside out. We will help you get there by taking you on a journey whether it’s through yoga or massage and you will leave here feeling so refreshed and rejuvenated! Feel free to wear whatever you want! We encourage you to feel sexy in your own skin! Our yoga sessions are intense and our massages will have your whole body feeling so alive!

Your deposit is non-refundable. You can use it towards another appointment but only to reschedule one other time. If you have to reschedule more than once, you must pay another deposit. When selecting a therapist, it is a preference, but not guaranteed. Your session will be with who’s available for that day/time frame. If you don’t want to book through the website, you can reserve an appointment by sending the deposit through Venmo or zelle as well, but every appointment requires a deposit. The deposit (25% is NON-REFUNDABLE). We have a no cancellation policy within 24 hours of your appointment. If you have to cancel, you are required to pay 100% of the session. Thank you!
